<h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">REGISTRATION OPEN FOR PLAY GROUP – IX</span></h4><div><br></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">AVAILABILITY OF FORM :</span><br></div><div><ul class="circle_list"><li>The registration forms are available at the school premises between 8:30 am to 4:00pm only.<br></li><li>The form can be downloaded from website also.<br></li><li>Fill it up neatly and carefully with black pen only.<br></li><li>Please ensure that the entire columns are filled.<br></li></ul><div><br></div></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">SUBMISSION OF FORM:</span><br></div><div><ul class="circle_list"><li>Submit to the Front Desk P.R.O. with all relevant documents (Photocopy Only).<br></li><li>Original documents to be produced at the time of admission.<br></li></ul><div><br></div></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Following documents are required at the time of Admission :</span></div><div><ul class="circle_list"><li>Date of Birth Certificate<br></li><li>Residential Proof<br></li><li>Vaccination Card and Blood Group.<br></li><li>Photos (3 each of student and parent)<br></li><li>Business card (parents)<br></li><li>Copy of PAN card<br></li><li>Previous class report card<br></li><li>Original Transfer Certificate of previous school.<br></li></ul><div><br></div></div><div><ul class="circle_list"><li>The form, details, photographs and attested documents will be crosschecked.<br></li><li>An informal meeting with the Principal will be arranged.<br></li><li>The Admission Form, I Card Form, Medical form, Transport form etc &amp; other formalities will be completed at the time of admission only.<br></li><li>The confirmation of admission is only on receipt of fees.<br></li><li>Payment of fees is to be done by cheque / DD only.<br></li><li>The fee once paid is non refundable (except caution money).<br></li></ul><div><br></div></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">There is no interaction with or interview of the child.</span><br></div>
